Dukiri Apparel: Refund & Replacement Policy

All Sales Are Final At Dukiri Apparel, every piece is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because we do not hold inventory and items are manufactured upon purchase to reduce environmental waste, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, "buyer's remorse," or incorrect size selection.

We strongly encourage you to consult the Size Guide on each product page before finalizing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Replacements for Manufacturing Errors or Damage We take pride in our craftsmanship, but we understand that errors can happen. We will provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost to you if:

  1. The product arrived damaged (e.g., holes, broken zippers, or fabric tears).

  2. There is a significant manufacturing defect (e.g., print error or incorrect item sent).

How to Request a Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Step 1: Email dukiriarts@gmail.com with your Order Number.

  • Step 2: Include high-resolution photos of the damage or error, along with a photo of the original shipping label/packaging.

  • Step 3: Once our team verifies the error, we will immediately process a replacement order for the same item and size.

Note: Since we do not accept returns, please do not mail items back to us or our manufacturing partners unless explicitly requested by our support team.

Cancellations As we move quickly to get your custom gear into production, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the manufacturing process has begun and the sale is final.
