    At Dukiri Apparel, we prioritize quality over mass production. To reduce environmental waste and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, every item in our store is made-to-order. We don't start crafting your garment until your order is placed.

    1. The Crafting Process (Production Time)

    Before your order ships, it must pass through our specialized production and quality control cycle.

    • Standard Items: 2–7 business days.

    • Technical Wear (All Over Print/Sublimation): 6–8 business days.

    • Knitwear: 5–10 business days.

    Orders placed before midnight are included in the following business day's production batch.

    2. Shipping Rates & The Dukiri Pro-Tip

    • Canada & USA: FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $150 USD or more.

    • Flat Rates: For orders under $150, shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

    • Worldwide: We offer global shipping to most countries. Rates vary by destination and selected service.

    3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

    Because we work with a network of specialized manufacturing partners to ensure the best results for each specific product type, shipping times depend on which facility is crafting your item.

    4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

    Dukiri Apparel utilizes a global fulfillment network to bring you specialized products.

    • Customer Responsibility: International orders (including those to Canada from our USA or Overseas partners) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

    • Sustainability: Shipping directly from our specialized source facilities allows us to reduce our carbon footprint by eliminating unnecessary warehouse stops and mid-point shipping.

    5. Order Tracking

    You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your garment has passed quality control and is dispatched from the facility.

    Multiple Shipments: If your order contains different types of products (e.g., a knitwear item and a technical cargo), they may be crafted at different specialized facilities. In these cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
